Hand built is the best way to build something, and here at Robalo, our boats are painstakingly built and assembled by skilled craftsmen with years of experience. Robalo goes the extra mile to ensure quality by hand laying the fiberglass for our hulls and decks; even going as far as making our own hard tops, storage compartment lids, dash consoles, doors, and every piece of our interiors.QUALITY MATERIALS

From Loom Wrapped Wiring harnesses and Triple O-ring Waterproof Connectors to Chrome Plated Stainless Steel Hardware and Kevlar Reinforced Hull’s, all Robalo’s are built to last a lifetime. Top of the line 37 ounce high-performance marine vinyl with a 10 mil topcoat that offers top of the line Stain resistance and UV protection. High density foam with antimicrobial biocides, a layer of flow foam that helps drain off any moisture, and a rot free composite base all sewn together with triple French stitching ensures long lasting comfort on your favorite boat.
